Additional Seaplane Information

  • All passengers must arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time. All baggage on shared charter flights is limited. (20 lbs maximum and soft luggage is appreciated)
  • Please notify all passengers on shared charters and any charter originating at NYC Seaplane Port that scheduled departure time is firm. Passengers that are not punctual will be left behind and will still be responsible for payment.
  • Turn-around times are dependant on weather, time of day, passenger loading, etc. Typically for the seaplanes budget a minimum of 30 minutes ground time between flights. Please allow a minimum of 45 minutes if several flights are scheduled.
  • NYC Seaplane Port curfew must be obeyed: Monday thru Friday 0800 to sunset & Weekends 0900 to sunset
  • Hourly charter rates do not include landing fees and taxes.
