Andrew Zarrow - President and CEO
After years of flying private as a Wall Street executive, Mr. Zarrow came to both love and loathe utilizing air charter services for his business trips. While the privacy and comfort inherent with private jet travel certainly outweighed the commercial alternative, he found that the operational inefficiencies associated with traditional jet charter companies made scheduling his frequent flights in and out of New York City much more cumbersome than he could imagine. Recognizing that both corporations and individuals could greatly benefit from increased charter efficiency and superior customer services, Mr. Zarrow co-founded V1 Private Jets in 2004. Utilizing a modern technological platform and managerial approach, Mr. Zarrow has grown V1 Jets into a full-service jet charter company with offices on both coasts and a worldwide customer base. He currently serves as its President and CEO.

Mr. Zarrow has a background in both capital management and investment banking. He began his career on Wall Street as a Portfolio Manager for Corinthian Partners, a New York City-based asset management firm. Following his tenure at Corinthian, he served as Managing Member of Monsoon Management, a New York venture capital firm. Immediately prior to co-founding V1 Jets, Mr. Zarrow held the position of Managing Partner at Cooks Lane Ventures (CLV), an NYC-based merchant bank. Mr. Zarrow graduated from Tufts University in 1991 with a degree in Quantitative Economics.

Xavier Williamson - Vice President of Sales
Xavier Williamson has been with V1 Private Jets since 2004 and has been Vice President of Sales since 2006. Prior to joining V1 Jets, he sold financial research to hedge funds and mutual funds focusing on the top tier of the banking sector. Xavier started his career in the entertainment and promotions industry founding XP Promotions which was eventually sold to another private entertainment and marketing firm in 2003. Xavier graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Business & Economics as well as a minor in Theology.

Leonard Parker - Vice President of Operations
Leonard Parker joined the V1 Private Jets team in 2004 and serves as our Vice President of Operations. Since earning his Commercial Pilot License in 1999, Leonard has gained over nine years of experience in the aviation industry and has accumulated over one thousand flight hours in fixed wing aircraft. In addition to his duties at V1, Leonard volunteers with the Air Charity Network, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting patients in need of transportation to specialized health care facilities.
